Water!Smoothie!Juice!Repeat!

Starting another juice/smoothie cleanse and the fresh summer fruits and veggies make it so enjoyable!! Here's today's delicious treats:

Water with Lemon is a must! Great for cleansing and keeping you feeling full!

Morning Smoothie: 1 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1 ripe banana,
2 big handfuls of spinach, 1 cup water, 3 spoonfuls of ground flax seed

Ingredients for today's Green Juice: 4 kales leaves,
2 celery stalks, 3 green apples, 1 peeled lemon,
1 small chunk ginger, 1/2 pineapple,
1/2 unpeeled cucumber = 1 liter of Juice!!

YUM!!!!!!!!! Lately I have been pouring my juices
over lots of ice or even watering them down a little. This
makes them last longer and is easier on my stomach.


5 Peeled Carrots + ginger = Yum!



6 stalks celery, big handful of spinach, 1 cup grapes

Pear Smoothie

So the juicing/fruit/and veggies fast is going very well! With a few real meals thrown in there, I've been doing a majority of juices and green smoothies when available. If I run out of time to do the juices and smoothies I've been eating fresh fruit and veggies with occasional hummus. I've still been drinking coffee, this is something that I just can't give up!!! But I've cut out cream, and any milk products which has really helped my digestion. I feel my metabolism speeding up and the bloating in my stomach has literally dissapeared! 

I made a delish smoothie this morning! A brand new recipe!

2 ripe pears
2 huge handfuls of baby spinach
6 ice cubes
water to your preference

So delicious!!!!!

JUicE FaSt!!!

I'm starting another juice fast today. So excited!!! It is a lot of prep work for a day full of juices but it is TOTALLY worth it!!!
Today I work a 16 hr shift so I was up early to prepare juices for the whole day at work. I will also be eating some fresh fruits and veggies during this fast to help me continue the fast longer. My goal for this fast is 5-7 days. It is very hard to continue with the fast when you go out with friends or have a special event, but I'll try my hardest!!!! Here's a few recipes that I will drinking today....


Super Juice
2 apples
1/2 peeled lime
1/4 pineapple
1/4 cucumber
1/4 ripe avocado
1 level tsp of spirulina
ice cubes


Juice apples, lime, pineapple, and cucumber. Place avocado, spirulina, and ice cubes in blender. Pour juice into a blender over ice. Blend and enjoy!


Lemon Ginger Zinger


2 apples
2 carrots small piece of lemon (unpeeled)
1/4 ince of fresh ginger
1 grapefruit 


Juice all ingredients and pour over ice. YUM!


Classic Green Juice


2 large handful of baby spinach
1 grapefruit
1/4 peeled lemon
1/4 medium pineapple
2 inch chunk of cucumber


Juice all ingredients and pour over ice.
