| Ingredients for today's Green Juice: 4 kales leaves, 2 celery stalks, 3 green apples, 1 peeled lemon, 1 small chunk ginger, 1/2 pineapple, 1/2 unpeeled cucumber = 1 liter of Juice!! |
| YUM!!!!!!!!! Lately I have been pouring my juices over lots of ice or even watering them down a little. This makes them last longer and is easier on my stomach. |
